FACDL-Merch.com provides access to branded merchandise for the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL). All items are made to order and many are customized, meaning all sales are final (see Section 8 for more on this policy).

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
   
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
   
• Orders are processed once payment is received and custom details are confirmed.
   

Many products sold on FACDL-Merch.com are custom-made. This includes items with personalization such as names, logos, or special designs. As a result:

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

All content, logos, images, and product designs on FACDL-Merch.com are the property of FACDL or its authorized partners. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

FACDL-Merch.com and its partners are not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in content or product descriptions
   
• Temporary unavailability of the website
   
• Losses or damages resulting from the use of our products or website

Due to the personalized nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
   
• The wrong item was shipped
   

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@facdl-merch.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.
